The student life is definitely the best thing about Scripps. I am definitely considering attending, just for that.
I think the worst thing about Scripps is that it's a bit overwhelming for somebody who comes from a small school. Student mentors would probably ease that stress.
Class sizes are decent and the instructors are always available after class. The campus felt safe and was nice. I was satisfied with my education and it was worth the high tuition.
Tuition is expensive so apply for financial aid early. Get a job on campus to help offset the costs. Keep your grades up in high school and do well on the SAT/ACT because admission is competitive.
