May 2, 2012  | South Florida Sun Sentinel -  UM, Lynn soar in social media rankings
In South Florida, the University of Miami ranked 18th among the top 100 social media colleges in the country, according to a new list by the website StudentAdvisor. The website credits UM for creating a Facebook page allowing fans to decide what jersey and hats the Hurricanes baseball team would wear on game day.
